Core Functions
Analysis:
Both Keep and our product are choosing Picture Social (like Instagram), but FitTime (Yellow) is choosing Group and Forum. We think Group and Forum has been proved by lots of products, it is a place for fun but not a place for useful knowledge, and the contents aren't easily to spread.
One thing worth to think. We can find people have more flexibility in our product to post their activity than Keep, users can only post picture on Keep after finished training. But Keep's picture social ability is stronger than us. That's because Keep has a better camera feature, users have more ways (Color Filter) to edit their picture before they post.
For the community part, our product and FitTime(Yellow) have Q&A, PGC and UGC. The differences is our PGC is more concrete and diversified than FT(Yellow), we covered training, nutrition and cooking recipes.

Strength:
• Best community operation team. Community is more professional and diversified.
Weakness:
• Poor Camera Function, lack of entertaining.
Opportunity:
All of these three Apps are lacking of touch point to conduct and encourage UGC. We should fill in this gap, so that we can better build an active social community.
Analysis:
Our training courses are more focusing on GYM training, the none-equipped in-house courses are not too much, on the contrary, Keep is more focusing on medium-built none-equipped in-house training. Based on our qualitative research, we found the in-house courses are more popular in female users.
Another Keep's popular type of in-house training is Scenario Training or we could call them Office Training, aiming to target office people who is limited by time, place and space. Our current courses haven't reached to this group.

Strength:
Relying on our best coach team, our courses have remarkable effect and more popular in male users.
Weakness:
Limited by lacking of none-equipped in-house training program, we can't catch too much female users.
Our courses category didn't reach to office scenario and office people.
Lacking of way (connected to Apple Health Kit) to record users training data.
